In my classes you can expect to use yoga postures to regain confidence in your core so you can:

-Increase strength and improve stability all over your body to support your core. Core strength is a full body issue!

-Lose the back ache and hip / pelvis pain and discover why you had them in the first place

-Gain community during an isolating time

-Mitigate future pelvic floor issues and heal gently from a place of empowerment

You should also be one of these two moms:

  1. In your first three years postpartum and want safe exercise, gentle strength training, accountability and healing
  2. Gave birth over three years ago, but are still experiencing core weakness or postpartum issues like pee and poop problems, back or hip pain

Babies are allowed in class.

Class is given in English.
